This error usually happens when you are trying to access or join a Telegram channel/group with "sensitive" contents such as pornography.

In order to fix this, you will need to use a desktop version of Telegram and do some quick settings to bypass the error.

Unfortunately, the settings to bypass the error are not available on mobile devices (Andriod and iPhone devices)

These are 5 simple steps to bypass and fix the error

1. Download and login to Telegram on your computer
2. Open the menu
3. Click on “Settings”
4. Click on “Privacy and Security”
5. Enable “Disable filtering”

Visit https://desktop.telegram.org/

Click the download button to download Telegram for desktop. By default, you will download the Windows version of Telegram.

Click "Show all platforms" if you are not using Windows. It will show you a list of other platforms such as macOS and Linux.

You will need to login after you have installed the Telegram app on your desktop.

You will see a hamburger menu button on the top left corner. Click on it.

By default, the “Disable filtering” option is disabled. Therefore, the default settings will prevent you from enjoying "sensitive" contents.

Exit the Telegram app and open it again after you are done with the settings. 

Everything should be okay after that.
